BREATHE DEEPLY
and appreciate the moment.
Living in the moment could be the meaning of life.
Do one thing a day that scares you.
Friends are more important than money.
Life is full of setbacks.
Success is determined by how
you handle setbacks.
A daily hit of athletic-induced endorphins
gives you the power to make better decisions,
helps you to be at peace with yourself,
and offset stress.
Your outlook on life is a constant reflection
of how much you like yourself.
That which matters
THE MOST
should never give way
to that which matters
THE LEAST.
Creativity is maximized when
you’re living in the moment.
Practice yoga so you can remain active
in physical sports as you age.
The conscious brain can only hold
one thought at a time.
Choose a positive thought.
I have shopped at Lululemon since 1998 when Chip Wilson opened his first store in the Kitsilano neighborhood in Vancouver, B.C. My wardrobe consists of many items of Lululemon clothing which I, of course, wear when I practice yoga or go to the gym, but the truth is that I practically live in it for its comfort and style. In addition to great clothing they have great bags and that is where I got the idea for today’s post. All of today’s tidbits of wisdom are printed on one of their bags. I will leave you with one more piece of bag wisdom:
DANCE, SING, FLOSS AND TRAVEL.

I love this post! … great photos (I especially like the Santa Fe bench & shutters photo and the daisies with Seattle in the background photo and … all of them!), all the wonderful wisdom, and Lululemon in general!!
Thanks for the feedback – those were two of my favorite photos as well – and, I’ve always loved the Lululemon bags and of, course, we love the clothes. Did I tell you I talked to someone at the headquarters in Vancouver about the Drishti pants – she checked the computer and there were none in our sizes in the US – in fact very few anywhere. I guess we’ll have to wait till next spring, when I will stock up.
